So
you want to work for NASCAR? Do you love to travel? You
will be on the road for 10 months. If this is the life
for you then read on.
A
life with NASCAR will take you all around the country
from February to November. It’s an exciting experience
that many people pay to do so wouldn’t it be great if
you were GETTING PAID to do it? The fans live in their
RV’s and campers. Some follow the races where ever
they go from Delaware to California and all points in
between.
Well
if this is the life for you then you are going to need
some help getting into NASCAR. Just because you have
talent and can rebuild an engine blindfolded in 1 hour
does not mean NASCAR will come looking for you, quite
the contrary. You must be aggressive and persistent to
land a job with NASCAR. It doesn’t hurt to know a few
people as well.
Since
you probably don’t know anybody inside NASCAR you will
need to start getting your name around. Not just to
anybody, however. It wont do you much good to send a
letter to Roush Racing because their human resource
department only accepts email. Did you know that? There
are probably a thousand other things you don’t know
about getting a job with NASCAR.
Getting
a job with NASCAR is difficult. You’re going to
need some help and the best place you are going to find
it is at racingsecrets.com.
Did
you know that NASCAR has it's own "Job
Hotline" phone number? There is one thing that you
should NEVER put on your resume. Do you know what that
is? Did you know that the teams look at only 10% of the
resumes sent to them? Would you like to know how to be
in that 10%?
